Duties:
At each healthcare facility, I executed patient assessments for several patients each shift. Charted patient progress, recording detailed notes such as taking vitals, recording patient data that enabled faster transfer of patient information to primary staff. Collaborated with other nursing staff to ensure that patient care was executed with empathy and compassion.
