Performed in a dual role as an Application Analyst and Business Analyst at a U.S. multinational IT infrastructure services provider. Also acted as a change agent supporting a smooth transition in the IT department following IBM’s spin-off of Kyndryl Holdings in November 2021.

Application Analyst/ Business Analyst (Jan 2023 – Dec 2023)

Led IT strategy assessments and application modernization projects for clients including the City of Miami, JLL, and Motiva. Key contributions included developing roadmaps, conducting application assessments, and facilitating smart city initiatives.
