- Led 4 diverse PMs: Infantry Combat Equipment, Test, Measurement & Diagnostic Equipment, Chemical, Biological, Radiological & Nuclear Equipment and Autonomic Logistics. - Served as Milestone Decision Authority for majority of programs. - Contracted $929M during FY 2008 for critical lifesaving equipment (flame resistant uniforms, small arms protective plates, upgraded load bearing vest and enhanced combat helmets) in support of Marines in the Global War on Terror. - Coordinated with other military services in the joint acquisition of cutting-edge lifesaving equipment, reducing overall costs.

- Responsible for all program cost, schedule & performance. - Led the program thru Material Solution Analysis and Technology Development releasing an RFP with multiple options for other weapons platforms reducing redundant RFPs. - Funded the program thru the POM process taking EFSS/ITV into the Engineering & Manufacturing Development Phase. Ultimately leading to an RFP and subsequent award.
