●I do many other things other than simply pack orders, such as cleaning, delivering orders to customers, and communicating with coworkers to keep them informed.

●As part of my job in delivering orders, I learned customer support skills as I helped customers who were not satisfied with some part of their order.

●Over time, I have worked with a wide variety of people.

●I managed a class of middle school and occasionally high school students.

●When they had questions about their work, I did my best to assist them.

●For each class, I fulfilled the instructions the teacher left for each class.

●I also followed school policy at all times.

Education:

Business Administration: Information Systems Analytics

●The tools I use in these classes are very interesting, and I can see how it can greatly assist a business’s operations.

●Several of my classes involved forms of information systems.

●Others were focused on business analytics.

●Additionally, I took some graphic design classes, as well as computer science classes.

Skills:

●I am skilled with computers. I assembled a desktop personal computer in early 2023, and it has been able to do whatever task I need it to do with ease.

●In the process of building my desktop, I learned how to troubleshoot faulty parts and handle replacing them.

●In my classes, I have become experienced in using several tools including but not limited to Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word. I have used some of these for my own personal hobbies.

●My classes also introduced me to using SAP and SAC software.
