If it's broken and can be repaired, I'll figure out how. I troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble notebook and desktop computers and pretty much anything else electronic. I am also a customer service specialist with management, bookkeeping, and accounting experience, along with mass amounts of patience. I am professional, personable and precise, always double or triple checking my work before submitting the final product. I've spent a greater part of my life working the front counter in the pawn shop industry. For those unfamiliar, this can be a very stressful and emotional environment to work in, with customers regularly coming in with tragic stories about why they are there needing our help. In this type of position, it is crucial to remain calm, collected and to be able to relate to patrons in certain situations. I truly feel as though working in this setting for so long has helped me hone some very important social and problem solving skills, along with a broad knowledge of a vast amount of different types of products and their resale values. A good number of years here were served as Assistant Manager and Manager, giving me highly expanded duties and responsibilities.

I am extremely tech savvy, spending the last 25 years involved with technology in one way or another. Younger than I can recall, I remember being curious about my fathers Video Cassette Recorder and how it worked, and eventually dismantled it so I could see the mechanisms. At the age of 13 I built my first desktop computer and ever since then I have been extremely interested in keeping up with current and upcoming technologies. I am familiar with software diagnostics, hardware diagnostics, assembly and disassembly of hardware, along with the administration of hardware, software and networks, I also have experience with numerous peripheral devices and mobile devices. I am currently looking for a career that will utilize my current skillset and also expand upon it. My ultimate goal is to own and operate my own small business in the technical, medical or hospitality sectors but I know I can't achieve that goal without hard work first.
