Coordinate the project team i.e. (Port Operations Department, Customs, Shipping Companies, Suppliers and Contractors) with regard to time schedule and material specification. Support the other Logistics work streams (i.e. Customs & Freight Forwarding, Material Management, Warehousing, Distribution, Venue Logistics, and Programme Management) with their requirements for an efficient and economical end-to-end Logistics operation. Assist in the management and supervision of the master schedule for deliveries and collections across the Project Site. Responsible for weekly and daily design of routes, synchronized delivery timetables, capacity needs and special handling instructions.
Ensuring all office functions run smoothly i.e. filing, post, archiving, holiday records, weekly movements etc.
