That was about 10-13 schools at a time to make sure that the teams working at the school sights were implementing the education plan the correct way and that they had all the legal documents as well as completed the legal education documents on time to keep them in compliance with the state.

Exceptional Education Instruction Specialist, TUSD, March 2022- May 2023

Tucson, AZ

I go to schools and take observations of student that we have referrals for in special education. I then meet with the assistant director of the school, the behavior specialist, and the team for the student at the school site to figure out what would best work for this child in the school setting to make sure they can be the most successful at school that is possible for them. We then implement the plan we have all come up with and I observe/ coach them on the plan to make sure they can complete the task and then the referral gets closed, and I move on to the next case.

Resident Relations Specialist (Apprentice), Progress Residential, May 2023- February 2024

Tucson, AZ (They let me go from the position because they got rid of it for not having enough homes to fund the position)

I would go to all of the vacant homes for rent in my zip codes and maintain them. Make sure they were functioning properly, clean, and secure for showings for prospective renters. I would also take care of all of the computer information for maintaining them while vacant as well as handle all of the communication with the future renters through the application process. That includes emails, checking their lease being signed by all of the tenants on the lease, go over all of the orientation information with the resident during the scheduled orientation call, answer and questions they may have before moving in. After that I did a check in in a couple of days after they have moved in to see if they have any questions or concerns that might have popped up after they started moving in, after that there was no more contact with the residents.

Service Technician (Apprentice), Progress Residential, February 2024- Current

Tucson, AZ

I go to different houses that have residents living in them and make repairs based off of the daily schedule that has been assigned to me and the person I am training with through work orders that have been placed. Those repairs include all things that have to do with maintaining the house outside of the responsibilities the resident have for themselves to maintain it. Knowing how to work on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, flooring, appliance, landscaping and irrigation systems. On top of maintaining the inventory assigned to me in the fleet vehicle as well as maintaining the vehicle and treating it like it is my own.
