Role: QA Automation Lead May 2018 – Till Date

Client: Kroger Technologies, USA- Onsite.Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Project: NEXT (Next Generation Pricing and Promotions) Kroger is an American retail company that operates supermarkets and multi-department stores throughout the United States. The 2nd largest after Walmart.

Role & Responsibilities:

● Led QA team to achieve major MVP release to production on schedule, ensuring a seamless production rollout with few new production bugs by driving automation coverage to near 90% and running regular regression suites.

● Achieved ~90% automation coverage, resulting in a least defect leakage to production for the MVP release, increasing system reliability and minimizing post-deployment issues.

● Managed a global QA team for the NEXT project in an onsite-offshore model, collaborating with developers and Business to ensure comprehensive automation and functional test coverage.

● Developed comprehensive regression and smoke automation suites using Selenium and TestNG in the Kroger POM Framework along with Code Review.

● Monitor Test Results, Publish Results, identify defects and take action items.

● Built API automation suites using Kroger’s Rest Api and Karate framework, contributing to the 90% reduction in test execution time by incorporating API/ Microservices validations.

Client: American Express - Client site.Delhi NCR, India Project: AmEx GBS (Global Business Services) – Quality Management Services (QMS) American Express Technologies has several software application systems catering to different areas in the credit card operations. Global Business Services (GBS) is one of its divisions that provides expense management solutions and Travel Related Services to help companies better manage their expenses in these areas. QMS Team was responsible for testing on various applications on AmEx Card and Travel area specifically testing various types of Oracle Apps Functional testing and Reporting Tools like OBIEE and Tableau. Role & Responsibilities:

● Achieved the implementation of UFT Automation (HP-QTP) on the ongoing project with the team.

● Lead the annual ‘disaster management’ project testing and completed it E2E.

Its various features of retail banking are to approve transactions, view balances and transaction details, Funds transfer, Pay Bills, Manage Payees. Role & Responsibilities:

As a Developer, entrusted with work related to analysis of new requirements, their proof of concept, development, and unit testing of microservices.

● Worked as a team member in RBC where key responsibility was the Development of interfaces (xml files), shell scripting, bug fixing, maintaining the testing environment and proper delivery.

● Managed Service Integrator (SI) module with MQ as its lead with 1 resource and co-ordinate with on-site also during the stringent Go-live period.

● The delivery plan was very aggressive, and we adhered to the same religiously. Testing for the same was done by the client and was appreciated for the quality of work delivered on time.
