Participated in leadership development and oversaw the performance management cycle for a senior living provider with 500+ locations and 36K employees. Created road maps for talent development, organizational effectiveness, and training initiatives that evolve with business needs. Conducted needs assessments and collaborated with internal stakeholders to define and implement programs and monitored results to identify areas for improvement.
