Preparation of Method Statement, Inspection Test Plan(ITP),Checklist and Material Submittal as per Project Specification and submitting.

Carrying out site surveillance inspection to check whether work is complying with project specification and Standards.

Raising NCR (Non-Conformity Report) for poor quality works and the works that are not complying with the project specification and Standards.

Preparation of RFI (Request For Inspection) and MIR (Material Inspection Request) asper ITP for the completed work and the received material.

Preparing and maintaining logs for Concrete pour report, FDT (Field Density Test) report, Calibration Certificate, Survey report, Material test report and all other documents related to the project.

Conducting Quality Toolbox Talk with workers periodically to avoid any poor workmanship which could affect the quality of work.

Preparation of MIR(Material Inspection Request) documents after the arrival of material to the site to rise the inspection for approval of the materials from main contractors and consultants.

Daily Site Inspection and surveillance of the work completed to avoid any quality issues in the work.

Review work procedures Project closing out Dossier document submission for client specification.

All DTA / DTS updated in Method Statement, Material Submittal and Construction Drawings.
