Experience Details

Worked as a Desktop Support Engineer in Future call Technology from 14th Feb 2022 to April 2023.

Working as a network associate in TATA Communication Ltd under payroll of lobo staffing solutions from May 5th 2023 to till date. (Industry: Telecommunications & ISP).

Roles & Responsibilities

Integrating and upgrading GVPN backbones & cross connects based on utilization and tracking the task with CFT till closure.

Initiating task for Installation of Devices, backbone, cross connects & migration plans and same created logically in crammer tool.

Analysing network traffic and identified potential issues.

Capturing and monitoring the weekly and monthly utilization using Cacti.

Collaborate with Engineering and Field operational team regarding card arrangements, SFP insertions.

Scheduling calls and coordinating with the NOC & FO team for network activities.

Hands on experience in NOKIA Alcatel-Lucent Router (7750 SR-1, SR-7, SR-8 and SR-12) and Juniper switches (EX4200-48T, EX4200-24F, EX4300-32F and EX3400-48T) through putty.

Tools Applied:

PAM – Capture Network Logs, Cacti -- Network Weather Map, Optimus – Order Management tool, Crammer – Inventory tool.

Knowledge on Networking: OSI Layers, IPV4, Subnetting, LAN, WAN, Routing and Switching,VPN, Firewall, Access points

Switching: VLAN, VTP, STP and Ether Channel

Routing Protocol: OSPF, EIGRP, RIP

Understanding of OSPF (link states, LSA types, area types, router types)
