Technical Skills:

Firewall (Cisco ASA, Palo-alto, Checkpoint)

• Ability to work in the CLI version of the Cisco ASA devices, Palo-alto.

• Performed the IOS upgrades (OS Upgrade) under maintenance window.

• Performed firewall configuration changes (ACLs & NATs), failover change and NTP changes, Syslog changes, SNMP Changes and DNS Server Change

• Blocking the malicious IP address from the firewall end during the ransomware outbreaks and based on the information provided by the SIEM team on a regular manner.

• Configured Zones, Interface, Virtual router, site to site and global-protect VPN in Palo-alto.

• Ability to analyse the traffic using Palo-alto firewall logs and TCP Dump.

• Familiar with concepts of Wildfire, App ID, User ID and content ID

• Performed DC shutdown activity on Client location and done DR Switch over activity.

• Updated the security devices based on the TSS recommendation to ensure the devices are configured as per the organisational standards.

PKI

• Worked in SSL certificate renewals and issues by providing the certificates from the external vendors like Thawte by verifying the CSRs (Certificate Signing Requests).

• Worked in installing and binding the certificates on the firewall and Load balancer. Load-balancer (F5, NetScaler)
