Detailed Steps for After-Hours Project Monitoring

1.Set Up Monitoring with SiteScope

SiteScope is used to monitor server and application health without requiring agents, making it ideal for real-time after-hours monitoring of WAS, IHS, and related systems.

2.Monitor Web Availability (Assuming SiteSeer Refers to SiteScope’s URL Monitoring)

If SiteSeer was meant to indicate a web monitoring tool, SiteScope’s URL monitoring capabilities can cover this. If it’s a different tool, please clarify.

3.Use Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) for Troubleshooting

RDC allows you to access servers remotely to investigate alerts or perform manual fixes during after-hours.

4.Monitor Backups with NetBackup

NetBackup ensures data protection for servers and applications, critical for disaster recovery in Production.

5.Monitor with NetIQ (Assuming NetIQ AppManager)

NetIQ AppManager is used to monitor application performance, server health, and backup jobs, complementing SiteScope for detailed insights.
