Trainable – Must be able to apply what you have learned. Doing Extra – When you see something that needs to be done, just do it. Not having to be asked.

Must be able to stand on your feet, working 11 -18 hours a day, every day, performing repetitive tasks in cold, wet conditions... 4

You must have a basic understanding of and be able to communicate in English...

You must be able to pay attention and follow directions.

Payday is every other Friday.

You can either have Direct

Deposit or paid by check.

Shifts are set before employees arrive

12 hour shifts

Day shift

From 6:00am to 6:00pm

Night shift

From 6:00pm to 6:00am

The hours vary depending

upon production

Agreement:

The Employment

Agreement is 1500

hours worked,

including overtime.

Many employees will

be laid off before they

complete 1500 hours

worked, if so, you have

completed the

agreement.

Room & Board

There will be 4 or 5 people per room:

2 in front,

2-3 in back

and 1 bathroom

Room and Board is $15 a day

No Charge for Room and Board is you work less

then 8 hour or there is no work.

4 meals a day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and a

Midnight Meal

Free Laundry Service - Twice a week drop off

before you shift, pick up at the end of your shift. Basic House keeping. – (we will not make your bed) 11
