I am abreast of modern techniques and knowledge of the performance of different tools. I also establish good communication and foster good team work at well site .I have got many experiences in managing emergency situations and I know almost instinctively what to do as well as when and how to do in freeing stuck pipe, well killing, fishing and etc .I am able to apply a novel method to cope with unforeseen development, which may arise during the operation and quickly identify significant deviations from expected performance.
