Monitor the overall building operation via BMS (Building Management Systems) and ensure all systems such as HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing are working in proper operation mode using Schneider Electric EcoStructure platform.
Monitor, document and adjust HVAC system settings as required. Work closely with maintenance team, sta, contractors, and vendors to create and maintain quality working.
Perform daily rounds of the building. Complete the round report. Address/Report/Escalate all issues observed during the daily rounds. Continue to learn and understand all critical building systems in order to be able to respond and take appropriate corrective actions as required during any emergency.
