Case Management:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ OVCs to determine their specific needs;
Develop and implement individualized-care-plans for each OVC, in collaboration with the child and their caregivers;
Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of each child, making necessary adjustments to the care plan as required; and
Provide counseling and support services to the OVCs and their families, addressing psychosocial issues, grief, trauma, and behavioral challenges.
