* Pharmaceutical knowledge, Pharmacy Tech in a remote position, using the software of Pioneer RX, RedSail. * Placing EMR system the clinical notes of the patient from pet parent(s) concerns, wellness check, dietary intake, OTC medication, holistic therapy patient may be presently in the care of, TPRW of patient
* I have trained, cross train, uplift, motivate veterinary assistants, veterinary technicians assistants and newly veterinary technicians to the hospital SOP guidelines
* I am a calm, compassionate, understanding, and sympathetic to (pet parent (s)) in person, phone, email.

• Order hospital precise log list of hospital needs and watching the expense- not taking the care from our furry friends
• Making sure the hospitals Veterinarians license was updated in our system
• Deescalate concerns from pet-parent(s) and or staff conflicts
• Follow-up with pet parent(s) on our patient care and placing a notation of chart in system as well as paper chart.
• Answering multi-line when team was busy, directing, making appointments, detailed sick or wellness appointments.
