OBJECTIVE

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

In worked as Graphics Design Engineer with Siemens Technologies and Services Pvt Ltd Chennai since Mar 2023 to Apr 2024. Roles & Responsibilities:

Review the inputs received from the Senior Engineers and report them if further documents required to surpass the timely delivery. Preparation of Graphics for systems like Air handling unit (AHU), Chillers, Boilers, Central Plant, Lighting, Electrical Drawings, Fire Graphics etc. using Desigo CC and Apogee Insight.

Preparation of Floorplans to represent room information and conditions. Preparation of System Architecture Drawings using AutoCAD Importing and Binding of field values to work functionally in site. Do Quality Check to maintain the standard of Graphics. In worked as Quality Engineer (Final Inspection) with Super Auto Forge ltd(Automobile CVJ - Constant Velocity Joint Assembly),Chennai since July 2021 to Aug 2022.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling and uses of different measuring instrument used in an incoming quality department like (Vernier calipers, Height gauge, Micrometer, Go-no-Go gauge usage decision in SAP for regular activity. Made quality decisions (accepted or rejected) based on provided control outlines.

Reviewed production records for accuracy and compliance. Performed routine quality inspection operations on industrial and commercial items.

Maintained and organized all records, documentation, and other files associated with quality engineering and inspection tasks. In worked as Production Engineer( GAT/GET) with Infac India Pvt ltd(Automobile part manufacture),Chennai since May 2019 to July 2021. Roles & Responsibilities:

To execute, monitors, control and adhere to daily production plan in car cable.

Responsible for Tool setting and obtain setting approval before run the production.

To Identify of raw materials in process materials in house rejected material by identification tags and responsible for maintaining or order. To execute the improvements,suggestions given by the production personnel.

Responsible for safety of the operating personnel in the shop floor. TECHNICAL SKILL SUMMARY

7 QC tools, 5s Kaizen, 8D Report, 5core tool, GD & T. Auto-cad, Revit, Desigo CC, Apogee Insight, Solidworks, Ansys and Catia. OfficeTools : Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Ms-Powerpoint.

Machine Tools : Notching, Cutting flaring & Zinc Die casting. INPLANTTRAINING/CERTIFICATION:

Undergone Inplant training at “ Electric Loco

Shed,,Royapuram,southern Railways,Chennai Division” for 5 days. Industrial visited to ” Integral Coach Factory”,Perambur,Chennai,as a one day programme arranged by our college.

In completed course of certification “ CATIA” from Infod Design,Chennai. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

2019 B.E (MECH) from SKR Engineering College with CGPA 6.6%. 2015 HSC fromState Board with 74%.

2013 SSLC from State Board with 82%.
