I would have to clean up after the customers after they consumed their drinks and meals. Constant cleaning for sanitary purposes was mandatory and the most important aspect of this job. I did that to clean the bathroom since it was a part of the workplace and so then the customers were able to use a clean bathroom.
I would have to be a cashier and make sure I had accurate pricing on all items being purchased and do a lot of mental math.
Organization was another major component in this job because the more organized the faster I was able to make the customers order.
