JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Construction of elevators and escalators, both hydraulic and traction, repair to various manufacturers’ equipment, maintain and service elevators and escalators. Knowledge of ASME and OSHA codes, elevator fire and electrical codes, safety testing, public relations between company and building management, material purchases and repairs, maintaining a safe work environment, help promote sales of new products, electrical print reading and troubleshooting elevator/escalator equipment on job sites. 8 years installation of new elevator equipment and better than average computer skills. Apartment make ready plumbing, electrical, heat, air,painting, sheetrock, carpentering, appliance repair.
