PCL/Shell Plant /Houston, TX October 2022 – March 2023 Shot Booth Operator/ Blaster - Prepare metal for painting, which includes sandblasting, sanding spatter and rust, wiping down steel to remove oil and cutting fluids, sand primer, and verifying removal of spatter and slag. - Use measurement devices to measure & record the sandblast profile. - Perform daily maintenance routines on blast equipment. - Clean blast booth, lights, and change filters. - Follow safe operating and lifting procedures for overhead cranes. - Operate forklifts according to safe operating procedures. - Wear proper safety equipment. - Other duties as assigned.

PCL/Shell Plant /Houston, TX - February 2022 to October 2022 Blaster - Sets up and operates flat laser by use of computer controls and nested jobs by performing the following duties. - Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions

and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. - Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions and adjusts machine controls for optimum cut speed with the best quality of cut. - Load and unload machine in an efficient, productive manner. - Maintain accurate inventory of consumable material and pass information on to other shift supervisors for timely order of parts. - Follow schedule to perform daily maintenance of machine. - Establish and maintain work

procedures and records for all job responsibilities, as they relate to and in accordance with the quality system. - Shovels or pours abrasives of specified grade into machine hopper. - Masks specified areas of object to protect from abrading action. – Loads parts on racks in enclosed booths. - Operates equipment while regulating pressure and composition of abrasive mixture flowing through nozzle. - Directs nozzle over surface of large parts for specified interval. - Performs repetitive line assembly operations
