I began my career with Omnicare35 as a member service advocate for United Healthcare. As a member service advocate I answered inbound calls from members. I assisted members with benefit information, claims, provider searches, appointment scheduling, prescription coverage, and transportation. Recognized for my in depth understanding of benefit information I was sought out to be a trainer for incomming advocates.
