Senior Engineer
As a member of Division Technical Staff Senior Engineer, responsible for the design and installation and commissioning of new and replacement facilities for natural gas compressor stations and pipelines.
This work included compressed air, fluid cooling, gas piping, and emergency generator systems.
Provided technical support and training for operating and maintenance personnel for new facility installations.
Performed Project Engineering duties for assigned Capital and O&M projects including the development of drawings and specifications, budget estimates and schedules. Coordinated with outside engineering and environmental consultants as needed.
Developed construction bid packages and construction contracts with in house contract administration and legal departments.
Plant Engineer LNG, Providence, RI 1992 - 1997
As Plant Engineer, was responsible for all technical operations, code compliance and capital upgrades at a 2 billion cubic foot LNG tank and vaporization facility.
Developed procedures, tracking systems and supervised technicians for all periodic inspections required by DOT Part 193, including valve operation, leak surveys and relief valve testing.
Part of project team evaluating liquefaction equipment for future use at the facility.
Managed contractors for all maintenance and capital upgrades.
Attended Mass and Texas A&M fire schools.
