Brief Description of Responsibilities:

Organizing & coordinating HSE orientation meetings for subcontractors and their lower tier subcontractor personnel, safety reps and project mgt teams to sustain safety awareness in line with projects.

Risk analysis: conducting pre-job planning meetings and performing task

hazard analysis to ensure adequate planning & reviewing of specific activity prior to start the job.

Conducting review of risk assessment of critical activity and method statement submitted by subcontractor.

Conducted site-specific HSE induction for news workers mobilized to site;

Conducts toolbox meetings periodically and assist supervisors for conduct it prior to start any critical activity.

Conducting HSE training: fall Protection; project's permit-to-work system; rigging practices; fire protection and prevention; hygiene for food handlers; risk assessment/JSA; material handling. Assures Work Permits were in place in Restricted Areas before any work starts and make sure precautions were implemented/ followed Keep all safety records (Tool Box Meetings, Safety Walk Thorough, Competent Persons List and Certifications etc.) For audit purpose. Ensure that all incidents including near misses are thoroughly investigated and reported as required in line

Carry out weekly visible inspection of all emergency rescue devices & Conducting drill
