In order to provide a more in-depth look into my skill set, listed, I am providing this addendum to showcase past experiences and projects I have taken part in, at my different positions in my career as an IT Administrator and technician.

My most resent and current position as a, International Data Center, Systems Administrator and DC/NOC technician. As part of the duties required of me is to assist clients in utilizing and configuring their domains, websites, and servers, This includes setting up, testing, and troubleshooting email systems and fixing delivery issues, mostly from with the WHM/cPanel software. This includes creating/confirming all records (MX, DKIM, SPF, A, CNAME, TXT, DMARC, PTR) are proper, correctly set, and in the proper location. Knowledgeable in the use of remote mail exchanges, as well as, in-house, cloud, and hybrid systems. I have worked on de-listing IP's and domains from RBL's

(block lists) and ensuring their servers/computers are malware free, as this can be a huge source of email issues, as malware can utilize these hosts to send SPAM, without user knowledge and hinder normal email delivery. I am extremely familiar with all aspects of DNS, included domain registry, creation and proper use of nameservers. I am also delegated with the duties of proactive testing and emergency repairs of all aspects hardware and software, both Windows and Linux Operating Systems, as well as, backup solutions for them.

Previous to this position, I worked as a NOC technician and Administrator for a remote MSP. Here I assisted in Active Directory user creation, VOIP user configuration, Microsoft Exchange user creation and end-user setup (Outlook, O365), including webmail access. Other duties included proactive and reactive maintenance of end user computers/laptops, software, printers (including network), SIP phones, and faxes. I gained experience in utilizing AWS for data storage and use with programs, such as, Peachtree, Quickbooks and various backup solutions. Prior to that, I was with another remote MSP company. There I had all of the same duties as above, as well as, I was in charge of creating, monitoring, and maintaining various backup solution for the clients, using programs such as WSB, Datto, Veeam, Rapid Restore, and Acronis. When starting out in the IT field and still attending my Bachelor's degree program, I interned for a Direct Response TV Advertising company, as a Jr. administrator and IT helpdesk. Here we created, filmed, edited, commercial content for the likes of Hoover and other brand named items and appliances. One of my first projects here, was to assist in the migration of an in-house Microsoft Exchange system to a hybrid cloud system, utilizing both internal servers and the O365 cloud solution. This included building up the system and exporting all users and their mail to the hybrid system. I also, maintained and created users for their Active Directory. I utilized some basic scripting for when adding new users, to automatically populate the required software and network drives, while only allowing them permissions to access to what they needed to complete their duties, thus providing a separation of duties and concerns, for best security practices. I was also an integral part of preparing and completing certification for PCI DSS level 1, I was in charge of collaborating with our vendors, creating documentation, and providing the in-house penetration testing of the network.
