I go into the homes of clients and give showers, take care of physical needs, prepare meals, housekeeping, walk/feed pets, drive to appointments/errands, conversation, activities. If the customer has any questions or issues, I try to resolve these matters.

From December 21, 2021, until February 2023 I remained retired until I started working for Home Instead.

Proofed invoices for errors, then scanned into system to be uploaded to Corporate each night. Kept errors under 2%, company recommendation was 3% acceptable error rate.

This job was at night and part time. So, I looked for a full-time job.

After being laid off from Rexel, I chose to retire early but also worked part-time, along with caregiving for my sick husband.

Accounting Tech/Customer Service

I started out entering payable invoices into the system, after one year moved into Accounts Payable where I answered 20-25 phone calls per day along with answering emails having to do with vendor (customer) accounts. This shows I have 9 years of customer service experience.

The company moved the Accounting Department to the corporate office in Texas. I did not choose to move there so I was laid off.

October 1977 Started a family and did not work outside the home.

1975 – 1977 Worked for State of Utah, Family Services

Posted payments that came in the mail, and for people who came to pay in person. Payments were for child support and restitution payment for people convicted of crimes.
