Ford Guest XP Platform for Auto Servicing Service scheduling is the main concept in this program. Providing the best UI experiences to the customers with different channels is the goal. Ford Pass mobile, owner web, dealer web and dealer portal (manager portal) are the different varieties of channels. Customers choose the vehicle, services and time of the appointment, then the reservation will be booked against the DMS (Dealer Management System) and appointments can be modified. The Pickup & Delivery concept in the program is a major part and handles the program via Redcap integration effectively.
