Responsible for Inventory placement and documentation, I had responsibility to scan the QR code on both the bags and shelves so it will know what lane and bags to stow away the packages when I scan the QR code on the packages, which resulted in the packages being stowed to the right truck that delivers the specific section.

Prepared transmittal orders for customers, I had responsibility for whenever the bag was full of packages, I had to put in their scanning device that the bag was full and put it and the end of the aisle and put a new bag in there and make sure it recognizes the new bag that’s in there so I can put more packages in the bag, which resulted in getting more bags to put more packages in.

Ensure quality requirements are met, meaning I had to do training for what goes on in the job, which resulted in me know what I had to do if the bag was too full or if it was damaged.

Trouble shoot product issues, meaning whenever the package was either in the wrong section or damaged I had to put in the device that it was either damaged or in the wrong section and put it in the problem solve cart so they can fix it, so they fix what was inside of the box or fix the box if it was reported damaged and they put it in the right section that it’s supposed to be in, which resulted in the packages and the item that is in it being fixed if it is damaged, so the customer won’t have what they ordered either damaged or leaking, and their packages being sent to the right section they were supposed to be in which would have the delivery men drop the section they were assigned to off.

System searched and inventoried agency documents, meaning I searched the online library for the agency documents to see if it was in the system to see whether or not it was there, which resulted in them knowing which agency documents were there or not.

Created Pivot tables and worked with excel spreadsheet formulas, meaning making formulas in order to put the name of a person, place, or thing in the right section it is supposed to be in, which resulted in me knowing how to create Pivot Tables and Pivot Table formulas.

Completed orientation training and other training modules, meaning I did trainings that would teach me what to do, what to expect, and what not to do in the internship and on the government laptop.
