Job profile:
• Deputed as Manager for Offsite Handling system related with Startup and commissioning and Operation activities at Indian Oil Adani Ventures LTD.
• Working as a Shift –In-Charge, taking responsibility of the whole terminal area.
• Successful commissioning of crude tanks, pumps, tilted plate interceptors. Interlock & graphics checking of DCS. Controlling the entire SRR (control room) during commissioning of crude facilities of Paradip Refinery.
• Tank farm operation for finished products like ATF,HSDVI, MSVI, SKO and crude which includes gauging, sampling, water draining, pump house activities etc.
• Experience in ATF Handling as a QCS.
• Experience in Managing shifts operation of crude tank farms such as Recirculation of tanks, VLCC receipt at high flow rate of 12000KL/ hr., Feeding to AVU of refinery through vertical can pumps.
• Handling TT Loading & Unloading Operation.
• Managing of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) in department to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
• Planning of Receipt and Dispatch of products to pipeline and to Refinery AVU Unit as per demand.

Doing draining of water, tank line-up, inter tank transfer operation, tank change over during receipt, dispatch and also tank inspection as per OISD guidelines and maintained the records for the same.
TPI operation for oil and water separation.
Preparation of Hot and Cold work permits as per the terminal safety procedures.
Strict following of work permit system and safety requirement during any compliance job.
Coordinating and communicating with PRPL for Smooth running operation.
Preparation of Incident/Accident report and Near miss report.
Familiar with all firefightingequipment’s like DCP, CO2, Foam contenders, Hydrants, Monitors and fire hoses and knows field manual call points for emergency.
Preparing the SOP and JSA for operation.
