CAREER OBJECTIVE

To work as a Fleet Manager/Technical Superintendent/Surveyor (Marine) which would be self-driven leadership with team building, goal-oriented, innovative team member which to inspire others and to earn positions of increasing (full)responsibility, willingly to share experiences to team members to buildup confidence before all sorts of maintenance/repair jobs, happy and enthusiastic for trouble-shooting of technical faults.

Executive summary on skills and experiences

My shipboard professional experience is about 30 years which include worked as onboard chief engineer around net nine

Years (mainly on product, chemical and crude oil tankers). By acquiring MBA degree from a top ranked private

University, developed my leadership and management skills with problem solving abilities.

To enhance my professional hard skill, I have completed below mentioned special training courses:

aa) Technical Superintendent training course (mandatory module), conducted By Lloyds Register, UK.

bb) QMS ISO9001:2015, Lead Auditor training Course, conducted by BV.

cc) ME-B and ME-C Engine (Electronic Engine of MAN B&W) training Course, conducted by MAN Prime Serve Academy, Korea and Greece respectively.

dd) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) training Course, conducted by Ministry of Industries, Bangladesh.

ee) IGF code (dual fuel/gas powered) training course, conducted by International Maritime Training Academy, Bangladesh.

ff) Lecturer of MAS Marine Academy (ISO 9001:2015 certified Govt approved private academy) since 01st Nov,2022

to 30th Dec,2023 for preparatory courses of Chief Engineer and Second Engineer written and oral exams.

gg) One no. (MT Mersini, size:50k product tanker) new shipbuilding (Hyundai Mipo Shipyard) taken over and handed over/change management (MT Glenda Megan and MT Omera Queen).

hh) Completed Dry-docking with installation of BWTS system (MT Omera Legacy and MT Glenda Megan). Self successfully completed all CSM survey items of previous tanker ships and dry-dock survey items during last two tanker ships.
