Experience…..

1982-2015, Commissioned NJ State Detective (NJDA) is one of 25 members organized by the State Legislature, run through the Secretary of State’s Office, Members act for the citizens of NJ. Authority is statewide in criminal or civil matters. Honorary member Newark PBA.

1997-2005, NJ Department of Banking and Insurance, (DOBI) Senior Investigator of anti-fraud unit . Field Investigated fraud violations against individuals, licensed insurance agents, and all licensed insurance carriers in NJ. Determine fraud validity, levied significant fines by authority from the NJ Anti-Fraud Act.. Traveled nationwide to corporate insurance entities licensed in NJ, as team- leader in charge of formal reviews at the carriers headquarters of their SIU, claims and application departments to determine adherence to the NJ Insurance Fraud Act. As Team Leader upon completion of reviews, submitted confidential reports,,FYEO, to the NJ Ins. Commissioner, which binded reports included; events, procedures, violations, interviews, supporting doc’s, etc. Earned NJ State licenses for sales of Life and Health products.

1978-1992 Security Conscience Inc.,(SCI) Began in security work to later lead as operations manager of a NJ licensed, private detective agency, operating security and investigative services. Duties overlapped with NJDA from 1982 and onward. Numerous work events during this period to include sales in construction and roofing to undercover work for numerous corporations in trucking where I further acquired a Commercial Driver’s License. In this time period I had a clear understanding of OSHA guidelines.

1976-77, Prudential Ins.- Parsippany, NJ, Paid and denied health and psychiatric claims. 1973-74, I attended both Alphonsus College, Woodcliff Lake, NJ, and St Peter’s Univ. Jersey City, NJ.
