Repair, maintain and adjust components or remove and replace defective pars

Ability to read and interrupt PID drawing, electrical drawings, hydraulic drawing,

Repair off crusher instruments and bellconveyor instruments eg belt, drift, switches,

under speed sensors and sensor guard,

Installation of CCTV cameras. e.g hik vision

Actuator overhaul

‘Familiar with instrumentation signals e.g digital, analog and pneumatic.

Preventive maintenance (PM,).

Inspect meters indicators and gauges to detect abnormal fluctions.

Leaky feeder system (radios)
