Project: SOUTH GRID DEBOTTLENECKING PROJECT (SGDN-2) -SALALAH, OMAN

An EPC project for installation of 32” pipeline with 9 block valve stations (approx. 207KM)

Key Responsibilities:

Functioning as Planning engineer for EPC Project, engaged in Planning Procedures, preparation of WBS, L3 / L4 Schedule, overall project weightage, Progress measurement system, forecast schedule, CSU planning package, work packages.

Arranging sequence of activities / sequence of installation of module and monitored interface issues among different subcontractor Civil, Mech & EIT L4 schedule

Project: DUQM Integrated Power and Water plant (DIPWP) - DUQM, OMAN

An EPC project (DIPWP) will have an installed generating capacity of 326megawatts (MW) in

combined-cycle duty and 36,000 cubic meters of desalinated water for DUQM refinery and

petrochemical facilities per day.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineers of various disciplines to execute the project in compliance with planned schedule.

Developed project master schedule with resource loading and updating on monthly basis.

Liaise with sub-contractors / vendors and update the progress into project master schedule and address the delays.

Asses subcontractors' schedules and resource histograms.

Evaluate subcontractors' invoices and claims and approving payments accordingly.

Coordinating with the engineering, procurement and construction team to ensure master deliverable register is maintained throughout the project.

Expedite the work by facilitating interface workshops across the disciplines on necessary basis.

Preparing progress certificate and payment certificate with all the necessary related documents.

Preparation and submission of monthly invoices and administering variation and change orders.
