Examine pressure vessels, tanks to locate defects such as leaks, weak spots, and defective sections so that they can be repaired. Inspection of assembled vessels and individual components, such as tubes, fittings, valves, controls, and auxiliary mechanisms, to locate any defects. to be assembled on boiler frames, tanks, or structures. Installation of manholes, handholes, valves, gauges, and feedwater connections in drums and vessels. Assist in other crafts to complete task and learn different skill set.
