I was recognized by my boss as a harder worker and fast in intaking different parts of the sling plane then I was promoted to skilled production assistant to do back orders parts within the two years in the sling company.
working at sodecia Automotive as a line feeder which has given me an opportunity to learn within the Automotive industry and its very exciting learning how to work with different parts of the car and supply to the line. I love the fact that it comes with challenges analyzing different parts and having to merge with supply time at different stations and understanding the parts and their differences as we supply model C and D. Currently now working as a Dispatch inventory clerk. I am very open to learning and I adapt easily to change. Duties :
Updating of daily backorders given by my manager of sub assembly and kit packin departments.(Wing, Empannage, Fuselage, Undercarriage) Ensuring that all the parts are scanned out of stores to their departments, to thier given serial numbers. Ensuring that all the parts delivered are in good condition for use, according to the different departments. Receipt in of goods first hand from the trolly, to ensure that all the backorder parts are separated from the parts to be picked for kits. Identify various parts that need to be supplied from QC to their departments. Resolving queries arised by sub -assembly and kit packing, concerning backorder issues. Stock count in the stores department when required to. Ensure that the exchange of parts from one department to another which is not stores, the removal of component approval form is used. Checking parts in stores, the parts that are not there but require to be delivered, I report to my manager to do finding on the specific parts. Duties:
service the production line with materials as per line schedule in a timely manner to avoid any downtime waiting for raw materials. To inform the line team leader of any problems concerning ra material availability that may affect the efficiency of the line. Line feeding parts just-in-sequence at station ( 297, 061, 060, 306, cowl and dashboard) directly to the production line. Feeding Ready assembled components from the projection weld to the cells. worked as a row tow motor driver.
Ensuring that the line runs smoothly without downtime by Feeding parts with black bins using a tow motor. Doing the exchange of stillages from the line from ( cross- member, A-pillar, B-pillar, rocker, cowl and dashboard ) Maintaining 5 S within our working space.
