Review CG plans with supplier and CG SMEs; manage all open/pending items in CICVAD, and lead the resolution for CG issues.

Host weekly calls to track the progress of CGs with suppliers and CG SMEs.

Lead CG kickoff meetings for each MY.

Resolve open issues in PRTS before PPAP by collaborating with Cross-functional teams across different regions.

Report on the status of open issues to multiple program teams.

Pull remote TCP logs and create supplier-internal tickets with TCP logs for suppliers to analyze new issues.

Manage issue progress by hosting calls with suppliers and various teams.

Work with validation teams to ensure the fix functions as intended; validate open issues and close them upon integrating the fix.

Approve signing requests for SW artifacts to validate and release software.

Present data to the deviation board for buy off approval of low-risk issues.

Review RPN values for open issues based on severity, occurrence and detection to gauge their criticality.

Conduct DFMEA for system components, presenting findings to management and stakeholders to reduce risks and improve product reliability.
