I manage aircraft maintenance events beginning with assisting the Planning Department with the quoting process, to the acceptance of the aircraft, to the oversight of assigned leads/technicians and through customer follow up after the aircraft is returned to service. I am the single point of contact for the customer and is responsible for communications with the customer and team members to ensure all customer requests are completed satisfactorily.
I am responsible for House Account and Retail aircraft maintenance projects and assist the Sales Department on quotes for upcoming maintenance projects. I am responsible for coordinating project details with department supervisors including QA and Avionics as well as team leads and the parts department. I review squawks generated and produce labor estimates that will be submitted for customer approval. I monitor hours applied to the work scope to ensure alignment with proposal and estimate sheets and ensures project estimates stay on track and communicate efficiently when this is compromised. I meet with customer, pre and post event, and communicate with customer throughout event via telephone, email or in person providing detailed daily updates. Operations Support Manager

As an operations support manager I was responsible for creating quotes and planning for events on quotes that are won while working closely with the Sales and operations team to ensure operations is able to successfully complete the work and exceed customer expectations. I was responsible for ensuring quotes are accurate for labor, downtimes and capabilities. I planned and coordinated maintenance events including obtaining technical data, parts and tooling and applicable vendor assistance required. I would review duelists and ensure everything is accounted for. I would build the work order on corridor system and pre order parts prior to the aircraft arrival. This role required strong project management skills as well as team management and workflow skills.
