Security Agent
Patrol Services: Patrol Service combines vehicle and foot patrols, to check all doors windows other access points, as well as the immediate area around building and the complete check of the rounds and parking lots at the facility. The patrol service arrives in highly marked cars and in proper uniform. check every assigned door or access point, every time we are on site. contact of individuals and/or vehicles on the site to confirm they are authorized to be there. All security activity will be reported in 24/7 online reporting system. Site Protection: interior and exterior patrols to check any and all hallways, doors & other access points, stairways, elevators, rest rooms, rooms, storage, parking lots & garages as well as any other location or item that customers may have on their site. Assist staff and customers in their information and security needs address specific issues and customer contacts that fulfill customer’s security goals and expectations. The field agent can be armed or unarmed, in full duty uniform. All security activity will be reported in 24/7 online reporting system. Alarm Response: Patrol and Site Operations respond to Alarms for respective customer businesses or facilities. In either case, the protocol is the same. Alarms are handling the following manner. The alarm call is received by security personnel. Security personnel are assigned to the call and enter pertinent information in the reporting system. They check the business facility and check the area to determine if there is a false alarm, break-in or other problem. Action may be as simple as calling the alarm company and/or customer to inform them that there was no open doors or indications of any kind of problem. Or you may find an open-door, damage to the door or break-in, in which case, contact law enforcement as well as the customer, and secure the area until law enforcement arrives. Remain on-site to assist customer in re-securing building or facility. All security activity will be reported in 24/7 online reporting system. Security Escorts: Currently, this is a specific service for customers and their staff. When customer’s staff members are working after hours, or have a late-night event at the office. The patrol will wait until everyone’s in their vehicles that make a quick check of the exterior of the building or facility, before they depart.
