• Facilitated processes to assist clients in choosing an optimal benefit package that best fit their employees.
• Built comparisons from different insurance or benefit vendors by inquiring about rates and benefits that they were offering and putting that information into a PowerPoint presentation for our clients.
• Used Excel to calculate differences in rates on a per-employee, per-month basis and percent changes on a year-to- year basis.

• Administration and Management
• Selected as honor graduate from both Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training out of a group of 130 students for demonstrating leadership potential, excellence in job performance, and a disciplined work ethic.
• Supervised a movement control team in Poland; responsible for contracting transportation, preparing border crossing authorizations, responding to travel delays and responding to short-notice movements.
• Collaborated with Polish Border Patrol Authority to ensure local laws were followed and proper authorizations were prepared to assist military units in crossing borders with US military equipment.
• Awarded “Soldier of the Month” in an organization of 400 soldiers for excellent performance while stationed in South Korea as a movement coordination specialist.
• Team Development
• Assisted in organizing multiple team-building events such as hiking, laser-tag, sporting events and picnics to strengthen bonds between soldiers, and provide an avenue for their families to find inclusion.
• Implemented a system whereby each team member had specific and clear connections with a minimum of one supervisor, one friend and one family member to provide a clear and concrete support triad.
• Interacted regularly with clients, satisfactorily addressed patron concerns, met customer deadlines and expectations under extremely stressful conditions and many times, with impatient customers.
