Projects: Universal Catalog, Customer and Vendor Onboarding Acting Scrum Master and Test Lead.

I am an acting Scrum master in the SAP group since 2021 at O.C. Tanner. I work with 4 teams within the SAP Org.

I coordinate work with the Offshore India team for SAP related testing and requirements gathering.

As a scrum master:

I manage Jira boards, act as the servant leader by helping coach the team in agile practices.

Hold all scrum ceremonies like daily scrum, planning, retrospective and grooming.

I help coach teams especially the SAP functional and middleware teams to write user stories and create tasks for the sprints and also help with backlog management.

Scaled from one SAP functional analysts team to all 4 teams within SAP.

Hold scrum of scrum meetings to coordinate work and remove impediments and dependencies between 4 teams working on a single MVP.
