In my previous roles I have honed my skills in supervising staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. My key responsibilities included establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating activities of staff and training staff in job duties, Additionally, I have experience maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and report writing.
I possess strong computer skills, including frequent use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as internet applications. I am organized, detail-oriented, and possess a friendly attitude, which I believe are crucial for greeting everyone with a warm smile and friendly reception, as mentioned in the job description.
