Professional summary

I am the fourth generation of my family in the construction field. I started in construction when still in high school. When I didn’t build for a living, I built as a hobby. I have learned a lot and I am still learning. I enjoy working with other craftsmen. Everyone has something to learn and everyone has something to teach.

I have worked as a foreman, manager, supervisor, and one of the crew and I am comfortable in any of those roles. I have learned to do whatever interested me and kept at it until I was good at it. I am comfortable being responsible to 300 tenants or working alone. I am self motivated and need no supervision once a task is assigned to me. As a construction and maintenance professional, I bring a lot to the table. For most of my career, I have been self employed in the trades I was licensed for.

I was employed as a project manager and quality control specialist for Couto Construction Company from October of 2018 to January of 2020. I was employed as lead technician for FMG Enterprise for 9 months of 2020. I worked for a 90 day trial period as a water damage restoration estimator for RotoRooter and for a 90 day trial period as a maintenance director for Beacon Communities. I left both jobs after the trial period as neither position was satisfactory, Currently, I am working on my own.
