Manchester Metropolitan University - MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology By earning this Master’s Degree, I have acquired valuable insights into effectively collaborating with athletes in a professional capacity and optimizing their performance to help them reach their full potential. I’ve learned this through taking modules related to working in the field of sports psychology and how to work with athletes, the social aspects and societal impacts of a team, neurological individuality of athletes, etc. My dissertation and research investigated the impact of crowd noise on soccer athletes’ performance. Utilizing virtual reality, I simulated various crowd atmospheres and analyzed their performance. September 2023 – September 2024

Ramapo College of New Jersey – Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology While earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, I actively explored various areas within the field, while also engaging in sports-related courses as part of my extracurricular activities, which led me to deepen my understanding of the interconnectedness between psychology and sports. • As a Physical Therapy Aide, I assisted physical therapists with comprehensive patient care, including preparing treatment areas and equipment for sessions. I coached specific therapeutic exercises and activities for each patient under the direct supervision of the physical therapist, ensuring proper technique and patient safety. Providing excellent patient care and customer service was a priority, as well as fostering a positive and supportive environment. I also maintained a clean and organized treatment space, ensuring a safe and hygienic setting for all patients and staff. My duties also included some administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering phones.

Tour Guide for Harry’s Home Village Tour Holmes Chapel Partnership May 2024 to September 2024

• As tour guide for Harry’s Home Village Tour, I had the responsibility of leading tour groups around Harry Styles’ hometown in Holmes Chapel, ensuring their safety by outlining the tour route, highlighting potential hazards, and providing clear instructions. Throughout the tour, I share fascinating historical details about various locations and their significance to Harry’s life and career. I also create opportunities for fans to engage, answering their questions and fostering discussions about behind-the-scenes stories about Harry, what concerts the fans have been to, where they traveled from, etc.

• To promote these tours, I was asked to be on BBC Breakfast (UK) and be interviewed on two BBC radio stations talking about Harry and what the tours entail. I also collaborate with the other tour guides in creating social media posts on Instagram and Tik Tok to promote the tours as well. Barista/Manager NJ Caffeine Feb 2018 to Sep 2023

• As a barista and manager at NJ Caffeine, I had the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
