Atlassian Jira Administrator – DELL December 2023 – Present

Responsibilities:

Senior Jira Administrator for 3.5M+ issue Jira instance along with huge Confluence and JSM instances, both on corporate Data Center.

Currently working on auditing the existing tools and users and integrations, including the cleaning up of huge Jira and Confluence instances, in preparation for the Cloud migration of the products.

Worked on Jira and Confluence upgrade from Jira 8.x to 9.x on stage environment and to test the upgrade for both Jira/Confluence instances.

Merged Jira/Confluence Atlassian Cloud instances with the Corp Data Center Jira instances.
