2015 to date: Project manager (TCE BELLARA)

Within a real estate development company for the realization of a two residence projects, the first of 52 housing units then 224 luxury-housing units medium rise in the shape of (GF+ 13), including shops, in a range of 4.5 billion Algerian Dinars, where the role are:

- Analyze and prepare the earthworks methods.

- Ensure the topography of buildings.

- Ensure the Quality together with the QA/QC section

- Details and verification of execution plans, alarming and correction of errors if necessary.

- Details of the execution phases of works; provide material order.

- Manage and supervising subcontractors and all these annexes.

- Attend daily progress meetings and trigger work meetings it necessary.

- Supervise project management; ensure that customer specifications and requirements are met.

- Provide solutions to the problems that hinder progress of the work.

- Carry out studies then write technical reports;

- Develop and implement an executions process to optimize the ways of doing things, with a concern for quality

- Establish and encourage stakeholders to respect workplace safety rules

2013 to 2015: project engineer (ENTRABELGE)

Employed within the ENTRABELGE Company for construction and general electricity as a project engineer responsible for:

- Works management and control.

- Collaborate and solve all technical problems.

- Billing of works quantities and monitoring of the status until receipt.

- Assist coordination meetings with the client.

The projects were:

- Completion of civil engineering of two hangars at Skikda new port with Skikda Port Company.

- Construction of a huge marble production hangar for the National Marble Company in a mixed system (structural concrete), other RMN and sanitation projects carried out.

2010 to 2012: project engineer (M&B MAGHSKI and TCE BELLARA)

Employee at the Adaptation and Rehabilitation of Skikda Refinery Project run by the Korean company Samsung Engineering Ltd, charged with:

- Realization of satellite substations (factory units control buildings).

- Civil engineering works (construction of huge foundations for large factory units), metal frames and pipe racks),

- Verification and detail of work plans and declaration of anomalies.

- Manage and ensure adequate supervision of construction work.

- Coordination with QA / QC disciplines.

- Assist meetings and manage the work and coordination with the relevant departments (planning, calendar ...)

- Ensure that the project construction activities are comply with the requirements.

2007 to 2010: site superintendent (COJAAL)

Recruited at the Japanese consortium in Algeria (COJAAL) under the supervision of TAISEI CORPORATION for the construction of the East-West motorway as a civil site engineer responsible for a batching plant and these annexes (laboratory tests),charged for managing Production, control and monitoring of all types of concrete (normal concrete; prestressed concrete...) from the plant to the site.

- Management of concrete deliveries by priority for the different sites.

- Management of the consortium's material required for the supply of the various materials constituting concrete.

- watch over on the proper packaging and storage of concrete materials.

- Coordination with the head departments concerned for quality control.

2005 to 2007: site superintendent (BATIGEC)

Employed with the company (BATIGEC) for construction as a civil site engineer responsible for monitor and manage the works execution, as well as ensuring the logistics and the smooth running of works. We quote such as:

- Construction of two university housing estates with 1000 beds.

- Construction of a university campus with 500 beds of the same quality.

2004 to 2005: site civil engineer (CSCEC)

Employee within the Chinese company (CSCEC) for construction in Algeria, occupying a post of civil engineer responsible for the execution of infrastructures (piles-rafts) and various related tasks, (technical sheet of piles-the various tests and tests construction), then super-structural works for the agency's 300 housing project (AADL) in Skikda in the shape of low rise buildings (GF+ 9, +12,+15).

Training

1997-2002: engineer diploma in civil engineering option civil and industrial constructions.

2015 training on mastery of civil engineering software(SAP2000/ Robot)

Skills:

- Proficiency in the computer tools Word, Excel, Power Point, and AutoCAD.

- Proficiency in the use of the topographic leveling device.

- Ability to communicate in three languages: Arabic; French English
