Jetform Migration Project involves migration of AXA’s Policy/SEA non-life policy letters from AXA’s existing/current printing solution to Jetform printing solution.
One of the senior team for AXA’s Core Life System (Regional Life System - RLS) whose responsibility is to lead and liaise with vendors in business requirements gathering/specification, project cost estimations, code review, SIT/UAT/NIT/PT, Production Deployment set review and as well as performing analysis to come up with systems/functional resolutions of new demands/projects raised by AXA countries.

Project also includes revisit of existing Data Masking programs as well as introduction/addition of new programs written in CLLE/RPGLE to cater the latest requirements on Data Privacy to adhere on the government requirements as per the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.

1.) Sales Order PC-AS/400 Interface.
Sales Order PC-AS/400 Interface is a new functionality of the company’s Sales Order System to speed up Sales Order processing. The new functionality was developed to eliminate the manual booking of Sales Orders in the AS/400 System. The new functionality uses the ClientAcess/400 as the bridge in uploading PC generated Project Numbers into the AS/400 System. The PC generated Project Numbers will then be converted to Sales Orders once uploaded via the Sales Order PC-AS/400 Interface. With the new functionality, new programs were written in RPG/ILE and CLLE.
2.) Saudi Ericsson new System Modules Project.
The new system modules project includes the development and implementation of new system modules/programs such as the “System Menu Options Security”, “Product Group Maintenance”, “GSM Dealer Selection”, “Advance Payment Inquiry Program” and “Advance Paid to Suppliers Report Program” and some other adhoc report programs written in RPG/ILE and CLLE.
3.) Work In Progress (WIP) Month End Processing Project.
This project includes the revision of Saudi Ericsson’s existing Work in Progress (WIP) Month End Processing program flow for a better and faster processing of their WIP monthly transactions and to revised existing programs that are not Y2K compliant. Revision includes modifications of all programs involved in the WIP Month End Processing which includes conversion of COBOL/400 programs into RPG/400.
Participates in identification and resolutions of system operations problems in order to provide continuous business operations.
Communicates directly with end-users to deal with system requirements, preparation of technical specifications, test documents and user manual documents.
