Self-motivated Construction; Site Management & QA/QC, with 19 years of experience in
managing, controlling, and executing construction and infrastructure projects
(Contracting and Consultancy Field). The wide range of projects I was associated with within Jordan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia enabled me to gain working knowledge in Buildings, Bridges, Roads (Execution & Maintenance), and the Water, Sewage, Storm water systems, Open Channels, Water Transmission Pipelines, Water Tanks, Pumping, and reservoir Stations.
At present, I am working with Main Contractor –AbdulMuhsen Al-Tamimi Contracting Company as QA/QC Manager for one of mega project in Saudi Arabia.(Soil Improvement &Infra Project)under QIDDIYA Investment Company(QIC) OBJECTIVES & Responsibilities
• Organizes the on-site project team and allocates responsibility for HSE, site supervision and document control procedures
• Assist with Reviews and analysis of all claims submitted by the Contractor
• Adopts a pro-active working and safety policy
• Establishes a good working relationship with all stakeholders across the project team and construction teams
• Adopts a fair and reasonable approach in dealing with contractual disputes
• Recognizes and shows appreciation of individual staff accomplishments
• Offers advice and guidance on how individuals performance can be improved
• Provides support and follow-up on issues regarding staff problems
• Ensures quality of the work through implementing inspection procedures
• Provides assistance and support to the project team in technical matters, including constructability, procurement and shop drawings
