(one at Southern California Logistics Airport, SCLA; the other at March Air Reserve Base) with a unit of 100 personnel; provided strategic vision, motivation, and succinct guidance, while developing integrated master schedules and control mechanisms to manage risk and achieve optimal operational efficiency. Logistics – Combined detailed planning and adept execution to safely embark/disembark a USMC composite aviation squadron of over 400 personnel, 25 aircraft, five tactical ground vehicles, associated parts, tools, and hazardous materials totaling over $330,000,000, to and from U.S. Navy carriers; repeated process multiple times while conducting major operations at home and abroad, accomplishing all objectives with zero personnel or equipment losses.

Communications – Obtained the clearance to conduct organic flight operations for the first ever Air National Guard Unmanned Aircraft FTU in California; compiled and presented data in concise written and verbal formats, gaining concurrence from executive stakeholders granting this critical milestone. Strategic Planning – Planned and supervised execution of new mission capabilities with FTU participation in Ardent Sentry 12 and Ardent Sentry 13, both national DOD events. Demonstrated the capability to provide persistent full-motion video from Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) to incident commanders, first responders, and interagency partners anywhere in the US; highlighted support to civil authorities following a disaster to maximize interoperability between military and civilian organizations.
