Project description:

SAVIR is a Claims system which is focusing on the providing the claim management related services to clients.

SAVIR provides claim creation, Claim item list, Payment & Settlement and Claim closer. It handles claims till it's closer Manually and as well as Automatically. I serve under End to End project that is responsible for Automatic process Solutions, development and Testing operation.

This project is related to handling claims automatically till it's closer and maintenance of SAVIR application.

The objective of this project is to Be Adding the functionality, perform System Test (ST) and validate to ensure that new and ongoing business requirements for Automatic processes are consistently satisfied.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the requirement, creating design document, planning, code changes and Testing of code.

Involved in code changes implementation, upgrade and release management activities.

Automation via JCL and Cobol code modification as per the business requirements for adding the new functionality.

Involved to fetching the data from DB2 using SQL queries.

Responsible for the end-to-end system and regression testing and execution of the test cycle.

This project is related to the Life Insurance and various systems involved in it are General PoliciesSystems, Maturity Systems, Claims Systems, Loan Systems and Report Systems. The system enables the usersto see the available policies, benefits, terms and conditions and new schemes and select the appropriate option and conduct the premium transactions. It will also facilitate the company to focus on the customer service and give the timely response back to the clients.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing the requirements for the application development.

Coding the program as per coding standard.

Testing and preparing unit test cases and documents for (Unit Test Plans and Unit Test Results).

Enhancing the existing code by developing new programs to add new business features to the system.

Resolving project related issues and problems and providing better solutions.

Involved in production support & implementation activities.

Daily huddle meeting with the team status conference with the Client.

Share the work between the team and review the work.
